Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Time
Your order is shipped safely and quickly with DPD. Delivery time is 2-4 working days, which equates to 2-6 actual days. Delivery time varies depending on postcode area and time order is placed.
For the sake of freshness, we do not ship on Fridays to avoid unnecessarily long shipping times for your live plants. If you order from Sunday to Wednesday, we will process and ship your order the following day. Delivery can then take place the very next day after that, depending on your postcode area. Orders placed Thursday to Saturday accordingly require a little more time, as these will only be processed and dispatched on the following Monday.
Large-volume orders will be delivered to you by the forwarding agent Emons or partners from their logistics network. The delivery time is then 3-5 working days, which corresponds to 3-7 actual days. The date for freight forwarding deliveries will be agreed with you individually in advance by telephone.
If you have to meet a deadline, please let us know your preferred shipping date when you place your order in the “Comment on your Order” field. We will then send your package on this exact day if possible, so that it usually arrives approx. 1-2 working days later.
As soon as your goods leave our company, you will receive shipping confirmation with which you can track your package with DPD.
Please note that we only ship from this shop within Germany and do not ship abroad.
Shipping Cost within Germany
You pay a flat rate shipping fee of 6,90 EUR.for the delivery of our plants, regardless of the quantity ordered.
We offer some of our plants in so-called “hedge packages”: these are calculated at a discount price and are free of shipping costs for you when ordering.
However, please note: this only applies to our hedge packages. If your order includes other plants in addition to one or more hedge packages, the above-mentioned shipping costs will apply.
